Zeus is a versatile application designed for field service contractors—those who operate in challenging environments such as basements, mechanical rooms, crawlspaces, and rural driveways, where connectivity is often unreliable. This innovative app utilizes a local database on the device, enabling users to create jobs, take photos, complete checklists, and log work without any signal; it automatically syncs once a connection is reestablished. Each location maintains its own comprehensive record, detailing previous visits, repairs made, photos taken, quotes provided, invoices generated, and amounts charged. When a job is completed, quotes transform into invoices, signatures are securely captured on-site with a tamper-proof record, and financial data can be exported in various formats, including CSV, QuickBooks .IIF, or as a PDF bundle. Users can enjoy the benefits of the Free plan, which has no expiration date and does not require a credit card for access, ensuring that contractors can work effectively without financial barriers. This empowers tradespeople to manage their operations seamlessly, even in the most remote locations.
