Sendmux provides AI agents with dedicated inboxes and a streamlined method for sending emails. Each agent is capable of receiving communications, reviewing conversation threads, managing attachments, replying to messages, and reacting to incoming mail through signed webhooks or Server-Sent Events. Teams can utilize various sending methods including Gmail OAuth, Outlook OAuth, SMTP providers, or managed Amazon SES, allowing for flexibility in their email communications. Additionally, Sendmux offers the ability to distribute sending across different providers using features like weighted routing, sender-domain routing, health checks, failover mechanisms, and customizable quotas based on time intervals such as seconds, minutes, hours, or days. For developers, the platform includes Mailbox, Sending, and Management APIs, comprehensive OpenAPI documentation, SDKs, the sendmux CLI, and MCP tools, along with Sendmux Skills.
