Description
ScribeLens is an online AI writing detection tool tailored for educators, students, researchers, journal editors, and teams engaged in evaluating written materials. Users have the option to either paste their text directly or upload documents in PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown formats for comprehensive evaluations that yield both overall insights and detailed sentence-level feedback, categorizing text as human-like, a mix of both, or AI-generated, while also pinpointing specific patterns that trigger alerts. The platform emphasizes findings directly within the document and allows users to export reports in PDF or DOCX formats, alongside generating shareable links for verification purposes. It is engineered to analyze complete academic papers in a single sweep, automatically omitting reference lists, citations, DOI/ISSN lines, publisher boilerplate text, and declaration sections from the scoring process. A convenient Chrome extension provides an option to evaluate highlighted web text within a side panel, and the service also offers API access that is thoroughly documented for seamless integration into institutional workflows. ScribeLens is designed specifically for English-language content analysis, and it delivers results that serve as probabilistic indicators for human evaluation rather than definitive proof of authorship or misconduct, thereby ensuring a nuanced approach to writing assessment. This comprehensive functionality positions ScribeLens as a valuable resource for anyone needing to discern the origins of written material effectively.
Description
Amige is a tool that assesses whether an image, video, or piece of text has been generated by AI. It operates by utilizing a weighted collection of independent detectors that combine their findings and highlight areas of disagreement. In instances where the evidence is inconclusive, it opts to state "uncertain" rather than making inaccurate assumptions. Each assessment is accompanied by a confidence percentage, a detailed breakdown from each detector, and an educated guess regarding which of over 90 generative models—such as Midjourney, Sora, Flux, or Stable Diffusion—was responsible for its creation. Additionally, it includes video detection capabilities that text-only checkers are unable to provide. This system also has the capacity to analyze C2PA Content Credentials and SynthID provenance. Users can access a free tier that permits up to three scans each day without requiring a credit card. Overall, Amige offers a comprehensive approach to verifying the authenticity of media content.
