Description
SafeGrd offers a comprehensive service for backup and recovery verification tailored for teams safeguarding their databases, files, and emails. It efficiently manages backups for databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, along with file systems and IMAP mailboxes, ensuring that all backup data is encrypted on the host before being transferred to an S3-compatible bucket or SafeGrd’s own storage solutions. Additionally, backups can take advantage of S3 Object Lock retention for added security. SafeGrd also conducts Fire Drills, which involve restoring a backup into a temporary environment, verifying database tables and rows, and compiling signed reports for operational assessment or audit purposes. The service is versatile, allowing teams to operate its CLI and agent on Linux or macOS systems, within Docker or Kubernetes environments, or even in GitHub Actions, while also providing the capability to back up managed databases via a connection string. A user-friendly web console is available to manage protected systems and keep track of backup and drill statuses. Various plans are offered, featuring different scheduling options, storage capacities, and frequencies for restore tests, including both a complimentary tier and several subscription-based plans. Ultimately, SafeGrd empowers teams with robust tools to ensure their data is reliably backed up and easily recoverable when needed.
Description
Gain access to the latest features and official releases of MongoDB that ensure complete compatibility with the platform. As your cluster experiences increased demand, you can seamlessly add new servers or enhance their existing capacity within minutes. Focus your efforts on your project while we manage the backend of your database, including software backups, monitoring, fault tolerance, and updates. Clusters running MongoDB version 4.0 or newer can enable sharding, allowing you to add and configure individual shards to optimize performance. All connections to the database management system are secured through TLS encryption, and backups are protected using GPG encryption. Your data complies with local regulations, GDPR, and ISO industry standards, ensuring its safety and privacy. Unlike traditional databases that utilize regular tables, MongoDB organizes data into collections of JSON-like documents, making it particularly advantageous for projects where data structures might evolve over time. This flexibility empowers developers to adapt their applications without extensive rework.
