Ryde Central makes patient transports extremely easy. The platform is designed for hospitals, nursing homes, brokerages, and insurance companies to schedule patient transports in under 60 seconds.
Instead of calling, your staff logs in to Ryde Central and completes a brief questionnaire about the patient's transport needs. Ryde Central immediately notifies your transport providers via email and text. The request is accepted on a first-come basis. Ryde Central then uses the information from the questionnaire to create a Medical Necessity/Physician Certification form and sends it to the provider electronically. All parties involved receive real-time status updates via email or text.
