Description
We are enhancing the efficiency of geotechnical data gathering for ground control engineers, geotechnical specialists, and geologists. Our innovative platform allows these professionals to seamlessly collect and process 3D point cloud data into actionable geological insights. Given the inherent risks and time demands of taking measurements in mining environments, our solution aims to facilitate a safer and quicker means of obtaining essential information for mining operations. Utilizing advanced handheld and mobile mapping technology, we gather and automatically compute joint set orientations of rock formations through flash LiDAR, an inertial measurement unit, and our proprietary software. Additionally, we offer a user-friendly interface for recording Rock Mass Rating (RMR), Q values, and other geological metrics. With our solution, engineers and geologists can attain highly precise and reliable data in just minutes. Our dedicated team is committed to developing an industrial-grade product that serves as a sophisticated yet straightforward tool, delivering unparalleled benefits to the mining sector. This innovative approach not only streamlines data collection but also significantly enhances the safety and efficiency of geological assessments.
Description
Sol-load is a desktop application designed for geotechnical and structural engineers on the Windows platform, enabling the analysis of axial capacity and load-settlement behavior for individual piles situated in layered soil environments. It effectively computes both compression and uplift capacities by utilizing various methodologies, including API, USACE, and FHWA (Nordlund and Tomlinson), as well as Revised Lambda and several CPT-based approaches such as NGI, ICP, UWA, and Fugro, while providing nominal, ASD, or LRFD design values. The software employs nonlinear load-transfer analysis by generating shaft t-z and tip Q-w curves either from user-supplied soil data or predefined inputs. Additionally, the application addresses various workflows for driven piles and drilled shafts, incorporating factors like negative skin friction and neutral-plane evaluations, along with the analysis of CPT soundings and comparisons to actual pile load-test results. Users can easily export detailed reports in multiple formats, including PDF, Word, and Excel, accommodating both SI and US customary units for versatility. Designed for Windows 10/11, it operates with an online licensing system and allows for up to 30 days of offline functionality. Furthermore, users can take advantage of a complimentary 7-day trial period to explore the application's capabilities before committing to a purchase.
