SmartMove's tenant credit checks leverage ResidentScore, offering a 15% improved prediction of rental eviction risk compared to standard credit scores, thereby assisting landlords in making more assured rental choices. Furthermore, access to over 370 million criminal records from both state and national databases equips landlords with extensive information. The service boasts one of the largest databases of evictions, compliant with FCRA regulations, containing 27 million eviction records that span all 50 states and Washington D.C.
