Description
QuantRocket is a Python-based platform for researching, backtesting, and trading quantitative strategies. Built on Docker, QuantRocket can be deployed locally or to the cloud and has an open architecture that is flexible and extensible. It provides a JupyterLab environment, offers a suite of data integrations, and supports multiple backtesters: Zipline, the open-source backtester that originally powered Quantopian; Alphalens, an alpha factor analysis library; Moonshot, a vectorized backtester based on pandas; and MoonshotML, a walk-forward machine learning backtester.
Description
QuantWheel is an options trading analysis and portfolio management platform built for income traders, directional traders, and users of strategies such as covered calls and cash-secured puts. Traders can connect supported brokerage accounts in read-only mode, allowing the platform to understand existing positions, cost basis, assignments, rolls, cash balances, and portfolio exposure without executing trades. QuantWheel can identify potential covered call, cash-secured put, and roll opportunities based on the securities and positions already held in the user’s account. Its analytics suite includes gamma exposure dashboards, GEX heatmaps, options flow, Vanna and Charm data, max pain calculations, and options screening tools. A broker-synced options journal helps users track trades and calculate a more complete cost basis across premiums, assignments, and position adjustments. QW Intelligence provides an AI interface grounded in portfolio context, allowing traders to ask questions about their holdings, market conditions, options opportunities, and past performance. Users can also create scheduled AI jobs for recurring analysis and connect selected QuantWheel tools to external AI clients through MCP or API integrations. The platform supports numerous brokers, including Fidelity, Robinhood, Schwab, E*Trade, Interactive Brokers, tastytrade, Tradier, Webull, Moomoo, Questrade, Wealthsimple, and Public. QuantWheel is intended for options traders who want to combine broker data, strategy tools, quantitative analytics, AI assistance, and trade tracking in a centralized workspace.
