Description
Ployz serves as a deployment platform tailored for developers and teams operating applications on Linux servers, whether they are rented or self-managed. This platform offers a user-friendly hosted dashboard, a command-line interface, and MCP tools to facilitate server connections, application deployment from Git repositories, and service management across multiple machines. It is capable of building applications in supported programming languages without needing a Dockerfile, as well as deploying container images, creating temporary preview environments, and provisioning various databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB. Applications deployed on Ployz can utilize linked service credentials, communicate through private networking, and secure specific domains with SSL certificates. Additionally, Ployz features a comprehensive logging system for deployments and allows users to self-host the Ployz control plane on Linux systems via Docker Compose. This platform is particularly beneficial for developers and small teams seeking streamlined deployment workflows while maintaining control over their application workloads on their own infrastructure. Ultimately, Ployz empowers users to enhance their development efficiency while ensuring their applications run securely and effectively.
Description
lfr is an all-in-one mail server and newsletter solution designed as a single Go binary that operates on both Linux and macOS platforms. This tool empowers developers, self-hosters, and small teams to easily create and manage mailboxes for their domains, handle aliases and forwarding, and efficiently search and respond to emails while also allowing for domain mail record configuration. Its newsletter features include customizable double-opt-in signup lists, Markdown-based content for issues, hosted archives along with signup websites, an easy one-click unsubscribe option, and effective handling of bounces and complaints, all facilitated through a configurable SMTP relay if direct sending isn't possible. The command-line interface can be accessed either locally or through SSH, providing functionality for setup and diagnostics related to server, DNS, and mail delivery. lfr is made available under the MIT license, meaning that while the software itself is free, users are responsible for managing and financing their own server and any optional relay services they choose to utilize. With its robust capabilities and user-friendly approach, lfr stands out as an ideal choice for those looking to maintain control over their email and newsletter operations.
