TIN Comply is a vendor compliance platform that validates the people and companies an organization pays before the payment, the onboarding or the 1099 filing creates an IRS problem. It combines real-time IRS TIN and name matching, EIN and company lookup, sanctions and OFAC screening against 330+ global watchlists, address validation, FATCA GIIN and LEI checks, NPI and Medicare verification, and FMCSA carrier verification in one platform, with a guided W-9 portal, bulk file processing, a REST API and AI assistant connections to run it at any volume.
The difference from a plain TIN lookup is the detail. Every result explains why a record failed: a name mismatch, the wrong TIN type, an invalid or unissued number, or a sanctions hit with the list and the match score. That lets accounts payable, tax and procurement teams send the vendor the right request instead of a generic form. When the IRS does not match a name and TIN, EIN discovery finds the identifier the IRS actually holds for that business so the record can be fixed without a phone call.
The W-9 portal collects certifications with field-level instructions, e-signature, automatic reminders and revalidation the moment a corrected form comes back, and every check is logged with a timestamp for the CP2100, B-Notice and 972CG seasons. Reporting and audit trails show who validated what and when.
