Needle is a proactive revenue agent platform designed to help GTM teams execute sales workflows from the tools they already use. It lives inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, where users can mention their personal Needle agent to draft messages, update CRM records, analyze pipeline, research accounts, and manage follow-ups.
