Designed explicitly for Linux, it is fully supported on distributions such as Ubuntu, SUSE, OpenSUSE, Red Hat, and CentOS, enabling users to seamlessly connect to a variety of host systems without the hassle of switching between different emulators for various protocols. With over 80 terminal emulations, it caters to numerous terminal and host manufacturers, including ANSI, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Unix, Siemens, Stratus, Televideo, Unisys, Wyse, DEC, Tandem / HP NonStop, and additional brands. Furthermore, TTerm for Linux incorporates industry-standard encryption and supports a variety of connection types, including SSH, Telnet, Telnet via SSL2 / SSL3 / TLS tunneling, Telnet through SSH tunneling, serial connections, HP Network Services Virtual Terminal, and even IPv6, ensuring a secure and versatile user experience.
