Description
Mindcat Dispatch provides a comprehensive solution for delivery operators overseeing their own drivers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia through a cloud-based dispatch and fleet management application. It consolidates orders from various sources, including WhatsApp, phone calls, websites, and merchant portals, into a user-friendly dispatch board that allows staff to allocate drivers, organize delivery stops by area, and monitor job progress in real-time. The mobile app enables drivers to access their delivery stops, navigate efficiently, log cash transactions or coupons, and submit proof of delivery through images or signatures. Customers benefit from tracking links to monitor their orders, while operations and finance teams can access detailed records of order histories, driver and vehicle data, and overall cash amounts. Additionally, Mindcat Dispatch features business ordering portals, comprehensive reports, and data export capabilities, along with seamless integrations to POS systems, ERP solutions, and online retailers using APIs and webhooks. The platform also offers customizable deployment options, ensuring that installations can be tailored to the region or hosted on a customer’s own cloud infrastructure or servers, enhancing flexibility for varied business needs.
Description
Onro is a courier management system designed for companies that operate and manage delivery services. For most courier companies evaluating software, the key question is whether it can manage the full delivery lifecycle. Onro supports this by covering order intake, dispatching, driver assignment, route execution, real-time tracking, and proof of delivery. Orders can be created manually, through APIs, or via integrations with external systems.
Onro provides real-time status updates across deliveries, drivers, and warehouses that allow teams to monitor what is happening in the field and respond to exceptions during execution.
Courier companies need structured dispatching. Onro supports both manual and rule-based assignment. Drivers receive tasks through mobile applications and update delivery statuses as they complete each step.
Warehouse and hub management is another core requirement for many logistics businesses. Onro includes multi-warehouse support where shipments can move between locations using defined statuses such as arrival, readiness for transfer, in transit, and destination confirmation. Barcode scanning is used in warehouse environments to process high volumes of parcels with reduced manual input.
The platform provides notification workflows and tracking visibility so customers can follow delivery progress and receive updates throughout the process.
Onro is designed to support both small courier operations and larger enterprise logistics businesses that operate across multiple locations and delivery models. Different teams such as dispatchers, drivers, warehouse staff, and administrators operate within the same system.
AI features are included to support repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual coordination across delivery workflows.

Pricing Details
AED 119 per driver per month
You pay per driver per month. The price per driver drops as your fleet grows: each band’s price applies only to the drivers inside that band. Dispatchers, admins and finance users are free.
Band: AED | SAR | USD per month
1 to 10: 119 | 119 | 32
11 to 50: 59 | 59 | 16
51 to 200: 45 | 45 | 12
201 and up: 35 | 35 | 9.50
Worked example. A water distributor with 30 drivers pays 10 × 119 + 20 × 59 = AED 2,370 a month (SAR 2,370, about USD 645). With 10 drivers it is AED 1,190. With 200 it is AED 10,300.
How you run it changes the multiplier.
Shared, hosted by us in the UAE: The driver price above | 3 drivers (AED/SAR 357)
Your own copy, hosted by us in the UAE or Saudi Arabia: Driver price × 2.25 | AED/SAR 18,349 (USD 4,996)
In your own cloud or servers, run by us: Driver price × 1.25, and you pay your cloud bill directly | AED/SAR 11,549 (USD 3,145)
Set up with you, at every size. Mindcat Dispatch has no self-serve start yet. Your drivers’ app is built and published under your own Apple and Google store accounts, which is hands-on work, so every plan starts with a written plan and the setup below.
One-time setup. Up to 10 drivers: AED/SAR 7,500 (USD 2,042). 11 to 50: AED/SAR 14,900. 51 to 200: AED/SAR 29,900. Above 200: from AED/SAR 59,900, scoped in writing. Setup covers your branding on the console, tracking page and driver app, importing drivers, vehicles and places, and training dispatchers and drivers in Arabic and English. In your own cloud, setup adds AED/SAR 8,900 (USD 2,423) for building it in your account, a security review and the runbook your IT team keeps.
Billed at cost, outside the driver price. WhatsApp and SMS messages, Google Maps, payment gateway fees and any AI use. We connect your own accounts so you see those bills directly. Annual prepay takes 15% off. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
