Pricing Details
Band: AED | SAR | USD per month
1 to 5: 249 | 249 | 67.80
6 to 15: 179 | 179 | 48.74
16 to 40: 119 | 119 | 32.40
41 and up: 89 | 89 | 24.23
Worked example. A dental group with 10 dentists across two branches pays 5 × 249 + 5 × 179 = SAR 2,140 a month (AED 2,140, USD 582.71), whatever the size of its front desk. With 5 practitioners it is SAR 1,245. With 25 it is SAR 4,225. The shared plan has a minimum of AED/SAR 890 a month (USD 242.34), which covers up to 3 practitioners.
How you run it changes the multiplier.
Shared: your clinic’s own database, set up by us on servers in Saudi Arabia or the UAE: The practitioner price above | AED/SAR 890 (USD 242.34)
Your own copy, set up and hosted by us in your country: Practitioner price × 2 | AED/SAR 4,649 (USD 1,265.90)
In your own cloud or servers, run by us: Practitioner price × 2, and you pay your cloud bill directly | AED/SAR 4,949 (USD 1,347.58)
Two ways to start. Up to 5 practitioners on the shared plan, we set you up on a fixed quick-start package, with no scoping call. From 6 practitioners, and at any size on your own copy or your own cloud, we set it up with you.
Quick start (we set it up): The shared plan, 1 to 5 practitioners | AED/SAR 2,500 (USD 680.74), fixed | Your clinic’s own database, which we set up in the Kingdom (or the UAE for a UAE clinic), your logo, branches, practitioners and opening hours, your price list and your patients imported from our CSV templates, recorded training and guides in Arabic and English, and ticket support. Patients’ details and allergies come across; old visit notes don’t. No call and no on-site morning. The go-live date is counted from the day your CSV files arrive. We send the payment link within 24 hours.
Managed: The shared plan from 6 practitioners, and every size on your own copy or your own cloud | Up to 5 (own copy or cloud): AED/SAR 7,900 (USD 2,151.12). 6 to 15: AED/SAR 9,900 (USD 2,695.71). 16 to 40: AED/SAR 19,900 (USD 5,418.65). Above 40: from AED/SAR 39,900 (USD 10,864.53), scoped in writing. | Setup to a written plan: from 6 practitioners, active patients moved from your old system or scans, a note form for your specialty (such as a dental chart or a skin consent), roles per branch, the daily receipts routine and training. From 16 practitioners it also covers several branches, more forms and the link to your e-invoicing system.
Billed at cost, outside the practitioner price. SMS or email reminder fees and your e-invoicing provider. Extra work is AED/SAR 900 an hour (USD 245.06), or 10 hours for AED/SAR 8,100. Annual prepay takes 15% off the part of the monthly bill above the minimum. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
Not in any plan today. A connection to NABIDH, Malaffi, Riayati or NPHIES, and insurance claims. Each is a separate project, quoted after we confirm with the regulator or the platform that it can be done.

Queue Management
QueueCare is an innovative queue management solution designed specifically for the waiting areas of clinics and medical centers. The reception operates with a dynamic live board, featuring separate columns for each doctor or treatment room. Patients can be seamlessly transferred to different doctors with a simple drag-and-drop action, allowing both walk-in patients and those with appointments to be managed in a single queue. Patients can easily join the queue using their smartphones by scanning a QR code located at the entrance, requiring no app installation, and they can track their position in line. Any television equipped with a web browser can serve as the waiting room display, announcing each patient's name and designated room in both Arabic and English. Numbered tickets are printed at the reception desk or through a self-service kiosk, while the system's analytics provide insights into daily operations, including average wait times, peak hours, and the wait and consultation durations for each doctor.
