You pay per staff calendar per month. A staff calendar is one person or resource patients book: a doctor, a therapist, a stylist, a service advisor or a bay. Receptionists and managers who run the diary are free, and patients never count. Each band’s price applies only to the calendars inside it. There are no per-booking or new-client fees.

The price per unit drops as your portfolio grows: each band’s price applies only to the units inside it. Buildings, owners, tenants, staff logins and tenant portal logins add nothing.
