Description

MediOffice is an electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management solution created by a family of doctors based on real clinical experience. It is designed for independent physicians and medical practices that want a comprehensive system without giving up control of their patient data. You own your data. Patient information remains stored on the doctor’s own computer rather than depending entirely on a web-based system. The database remains accessible to the doctor without a time limit, even if the MediOffice license has expired. Cloud technology is used for synchronization rather than as the only place where patient records are stored. MediOffice can securely synchronize information across multiple computers and a mobile device, while each computer maintains a complete copy of the database. This allows doctors to continue accessing patient records and working even when an internet connection is unavailable. MediOffice brings patient profiles, clinical notes with specialty-specific templates, ICD-10 diagnoses, prescriptions with country-specific drug guides, laboratory results, clinical images, documents, appointment scheduling, and billing together in one workspace. The software supports more than 50 medical specialties, is available in English and Spanish, and is used by doctors in more than 30 countries. MediOffice is distributed through the Microsoft Store. Try the free 1-month demo now! Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC, search for “MediOffice,” and download it. No credit card required.

Description

In the course of patient treatment, physicians typically dedicate around two-thirds of their time to documenting care instead of focusing on examinations or engaging in patient discussions. To enhance the time doctors can allocate to patient interaction, Averbis is developing Speech2Structure, an innovative software solution that captures documentation in real-time through voice input and organizes it immediately. This system is adept at accurately identifying and addressing various linguistic nuances, including negations and different types of diagnoses, as it processes information. Additionally, it translates pathological lab results and microbiology findings into relevant diagnoses, further streamlining the documentation process. Moreover, the medications noted during consultations can also offer significant insights regarding potential diagnoses, thereby enriching the overall clinical picture.
