Description

The Lead to Account Matcher (L2A) is a specialized application for Salesforce designed to support teams implementing an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach, optimizing the connection between leads and facilitating the conversion of those leads into already established accounts within your database. This tool is available for a one-time payment, eliminating the need for any ongoing subscription fees. If leads enter your Salesforce organization for companies that are already listed as accounts, our advanced fuzzy logic matching feature can identify these accounts even if there are discrepancies in the naming. During the lead conversion process, the matcher also identifies associated leads for that company, giving you the option to transfer them all or none with just a single click. Furthermore, our Lead to Account Matcher is customizable through user settings, allowing you to adjust matching thresholds, exclude certain terms from the algorithm, and modify the fields shown in the matching interface—all without requiring any coding skills. This level of flexibility ensures that the tool can be tailored to meet specific business needs effectively.

The core of our matching software, matchit®, is intentionally crafted to achieve outcomes that emulate human perception on a large scale, all while eliminating the need for preprocessing. By leveraging Artificial Intelligence, a unique phonetic algorithm, specialized lexicons, and a contextual scoring engine, matchit effectively addresses the common errors, inconsistencies, and hurdles associated with contact and business data management. Traditional matching systems typically require users to establish matching criteria, which consist of various functions and standard fuzzy algorithms to generate an alphanumeric match key. This match key is essential for comparing two records and ultimately identifying matches. In contrast to these conventional methods, matchit goes beyond a mere single comparison of match keys; it assesses records in a contextual manner, performing multiple comparisons and individually scoring them to evaluate the similarity across all pertinent elements of your data. This comprehensive approach not only enhances accuracy but also significantly improves the overall matching process.
