Upon approval of an estimate, it transforms into the project budget, ensuring that every bill, invoice, or change order automatically reflects on the budget, enabling contractors to maintain precise job costing and oversight of profitability. Additionally, the platform facilitates payments to subcontractors or suppliers, supporting various methods such as ACH transactions, checks, debit and credit cards, virtual cards, or Zelle, while also enabling clients to pay invoices directly through a user-friendly portal, which accelerates cash flow significantly. Our Construction Management software has been developed through consultations with over 100 builders throughout Australia, in collaboration with various teams from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), enabling builders to oversee their projects more efficiently. You can estimate costs from anywhere, including your mobile device, allowing you to approach your job estimates with assurance. The platform supports the receipt of quotes or the use of Price Lists, all while being entirely web-based and cloud-hosted. Flexibility is key, as you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time without being tied to a contract. Users benefit from regular, complimentary updates and continuous improvements. Placing orders is straightforward, even via mobile, and you can easily prepare and send Variations. Additionally, the software facilitates expense management and tracking, ensuring you never miss an important call with the Call Forward Sheet feature.
