Residents benefit from convenient access via web, iPhone, and Android devices, allowing them to pay assessments, submit requests, access important documents, and stay updated on community news. Meanwhile, board members can efficiently handle requests, manage records, facilitate voting, and maintain open communication with residents; the paid Board Automation feature enhances functionality by incorporating automated recurring dues, late fees, email broadcasts, increased limits, and AI-driven document support. Both a complimentary Good Neighbor plan and a premium Board Automation plan are offered, with additional online payment processing fees applied separately from the software subscription costs.
