TrainingCheck was developed by a skilled group of professionals specializing in learning, development, and evaluation as part of an extensive initiative that included various employers and training organizations. The task we faced was to create an online training evaluation tool that would be both theoretically sound and user-friendly. Feedback from the companies involved indicated a desire for the tool to include pre-existing content that would assist them in assessing training effectiveness across all levels, from participant satisfaction to overall business impact. They also expressed the need for the ability to customize and modify their own content to suit their specific requirements. Launched in the summer of 2011, TrainingCheck quickly gained traction, surpassing 1000 users within its first year. Since that initial success, we have experienced consistent growth and remain dedicated to enhancing our functionality, service, and overall value.
