KeyChange stands out as the leading add-on for Microsoft Dynamics SL, boasting over 2,600 installations across more than 26 nations. It empowers users to modify, merge, and reformat accounts, sub-accounts, and over 40 essential fields within the Microsoft Dynamics SL environment. All versions require service plans for the initial year, and if plans are renewed after a lapse of more than 30 days, catchup and penalty fees will be applied. There is a $200 annual difference between standard and advanced support plans, and if a current standard plan still has time left, this difference will be spread out over the remaining months. For those without a plan, an entire year of the advanced edition costs $499. Users can choose either the KeyChange Standard or Advanced Edition, which provides the functionality to change accounts, sub-accounts, and account-sub combinations for a single company at a time within a multi-company database. It is important to note that support plan renewals are billed directly to clients, eliminating any reseller margin. Additionally, the database KeyChange service, where the KeyChange tool is run on your data files and the modified data is sent back, is charged at a rate of $200 per hour. This makes it an efficient option for businesses looking to streamline their account management processes.
