Description
Idura Signatures offers a cloud-based digital signature solution that enables companies to incorporate electronic signing capabilities into their own platforms and applications. This service utilizes national electronic identity (eID) systems to authenticate signers and generate signed PDF documents that adhere to PAdES-LTA and eIDAS standards. With a versatile GraphQL API, developers can easily upload documents, create signing links, and access finalized files, while organizations can personalize the signing experience to reflect their own branding. Additionally, the platform is compatible with various European eID systems, such as Denmark's MitID, the Swedish and Norwegian BankID, Finland’s Trust Network, the Dutch iDIN, Germany's Personalausweis, and the UK's OneID. Designed for businesses, product teams, and developers aiming to modernize the processes of agreement and document signing, it effectively supports workflows in legal, compliance, and procurement sectors. By streamlining these tasks, Idura Signatures enhances efficiency and user experience in a digital-first landscape.
Description
An increasing number of organizations, government bodies, and individuals are transitioning from traditional paper documents to electronic formats. When executed efficiently, this shift can lead to significant savings in both time and money. A crucial component of this success lies in maintaining uninterrupted workflows. OpenLimit CC Sign facilitates electronic signatures, effectively eliminating delays typically associated with manual signing. In accordance with the German Signature Act (SigG), qualified electronic signatures are legally equivalent to handwritten signatures. Through OpenLimit CC Sign, users can easily create both qualified and advanced signatures. Whenever a signature is required during a process, it can be obtained by simply entering a PIN and clicking a mouse. This solution not only streamlines the signing process but also proves to be a highly economical choice for workplaces, resulting in substantial reductions in operational and process-related expenses. Ultimately, embracing such digital solutions could lead to a more efficient and modernized approach to document management.
