WinMetrics®/IQ serves as an innovative web application designed for product configuration and sales quoting. For companies that typically issue around 1,000 quotes annually for customized products, implementing IQ can lead to a return on investment exceeding 200% within a two-year span, effectively paying for itself within its inaugural year. To enhance communication regarding product configuration and pricing for its direct sales representatives and global dealer network, Jupiter Systems, a company specializing in display wall technology, sought a more efficient solution. In response to these needs, we created the Jupiter Online Quotes System (JOQS), which empowers sales reps and dealers to swiftly configure a display wall controller and receive instant sales quotes through the internet. Since its launch in January 2002, JOQS has successfully produced over 70,000 sales quotes for more than 500 users, showcasing its effectiveness. With the approval of Jupiter, we adapted the JOQS framework to develop WinMetrics® IQTM, a versatile tool for Internet Quotes. The following section will provide a detailed description of the IQ product. Additionally, its user-friendly interface and rapid response capability make it a valuable asset for sales operations.

TurboQuote is an integrated Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution within the TurboDocx platform, designed to help sales teams swiftly generate precise and professional quotes by merging product configuration, pricing management, and document creation into one seamless workflow. This solution empowers users to oversee product catalogs, incorporating configurable options, bundles, and dependency rules to ensure that only valid combinations of products are available during the quoting phase. It features price books that accommodate various pricing structures tailored to different customer segments, geographic regions, or sales channels, automatically applying the appropriate pricing to each quote, which significantly minimizes manual calculations and potential errors. Once the configuration is complete, quotes can be rapidly produced as branded PDF documents, ensuring a uniform and professional appearance across all sales documentation. Additionally, TurboQuote enhances efficiency by fully integrating with document automation and e-signature tools found in TurboDocx, thereby streamlining the entire process from quote to proposal. This integration not only saves time but also helps maintain a high level of accuracy throughout the sales process.
