Utilizing this information, Scopable conducts automated evaluations that assess each client’s environment, identifying security and compliance vulnerabilities, and creating a prioritized technology roadmap complete with cost estimates. This roadmap informs a quoting engine that produces margin-protected proposals based on the MSP's pricing structure, incorporating automated estimates for both labor and hardware that adjust as project scopes evolve.
The generated proposals are accessible via a client portal where e-signatures can be obtained, and they synchronize back to the PSA for streamlined management.
