Upon installation, you gain access to four highly customizable PDF templates that can be tailored to fit your brand's identity by incorporating your logo, header, footer, and adjusting the paper size, orientation, font, and color. If the default designs don't meet your needs, you have the option to choose a different template from the Template Shop, customize it further, or even create a unique design from scratch. Additionally, Gravity PDF can send the generated PDF automatically via email to both the site administrator and the user immediately after the form submission. You can enhance this functionality by using one of Gravity Forms' payment add-ons to ensure the email is sent only after the payment has been successfully processed. Since PDFs are generated directly on your web server, your data remains secure without involving any third-party services.
