Description
ForneyVault is an innovative software solution for construction materials testing that streamlines concrete QA/QC processes, covering everything from field assessments to laboratory strength evaluations and final office reporting. By integrating various testing equipment, external software, and project management systems, it effectively minimizes human errors, boosts efficiency, and ensures consistent, verifiable outcomes. Accompanying this platform, ForneyField is a mobile application that enables the collection and synchronization of sample data alongside wet concrete characteristics, while ForneyLink serves as an interface for testing machines, allowing technicians to operate more efficiently with reduced risk of mistakes. Additionally, ForneyTools offers a unified interface for managing sample information, project details, and the approval workflow for reports. At the heart of the testing landscape, the platform facilitates the removal of manual specimen identification and other labor-intensive testing procedures, ensuring seamless data transfer. This streamlined approach allows test results to move directly from the testing machines into the database and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) without alteration, thereby minimizing potential human error and enhancing the reliability of results. Ultimately, ForneyVault not only modernizes testing workflows but also empowers teams to achieve higher accuracy with less effort.
Description
Sol-load is a desktop application designed for geotechnical and structural engineers on the Windows platform, enabling the analysis of axial capacity and load-settlement behavior for individual piles situated in layered soil environments. It effectively computes both compression and uplift capacities by utilizing various methodologies, including API, USACE, and FHWA (Nordlund and Tomlinson), as well as Revised Lambda and several CPT-based approaches such as NGI, ICP, UWA, and Fugro, while providing nominal, ASD, or LRFD design values. The software employs nonlinear load-transfer analysis by generating shaft t-z and tip Q-w curves either from user-supplied soil data or predefined inputs. Additionally, the application addresses various workflows for driven piles and drilled shafts, incorporating factors like negative skin friction and neutral-plane evaluations, along with the analysis of CPT soundings and comparisons to actual pile load-test results. Users can easily export detailed reports in multiple formats, including PDF, Word, and Excel, accommodating both SI and US customary units for versatility. Designed for Windows 10/11, it operates with an online licensing system and allows for up to 30 days of offline functionality. Furthermore, users can take advantage of a complimentary 7-day trial period to explore the application's capabilities before committing to a purchase.
