Description

Forge aHedge is an advanced, cloud-based platform that leverages artificial intelligence for managing commodity and foreign exchange risk, specifically tailored for procurement, treasury, and finance teams. The platform streamlines the entire hedge lifecycle, encompassing exposure detection, risk evaluation, hedge execution, strategy analysis, and accounting, thereby allowing teams to confidently safeguard their profit margins and budgetary rates. Among its prominent features are automated monitoring of market conditions, budgets, and policies that can identify potential violations; AI-generated insights paired with natural language processing for easy querying; and the ability to compare different hedge strategies side-by-side under various pricing scenarios. Additionally, it ensures compliance with SOX regulations and automates IFRS 9 and ASC 815 hedge accounting, including calculations for CVA/DVA and journal entry creation. Supporting a wide range of derivatives and physical commodities, the platform is fully equipped with API capabilities for effortless integration with ERP systems and other third-party applications, facilitating quick deployment. By unifying procurement, treasury, finance, and financial planning and analysis on a single, cost-effective risk management solution, Forge aHedge enhances collaboration and efficiency across teams, ultimately driving better financial outcomes.
