Description
The Forevid video analyzer provides features to capture screens while conducting forensic investigations of video files. This tool enables users to track all activities in file form, ensuring the integrity of digital evidence remains intact throughout collection and analysis. Additionally, users can adjust the “frame rate” of recordings, saving them conveniently in .avi format. The incorporation of a bookmark feature facilitates the addition of notes to specific frames within the original video, significantly enhancing the speed and efficiency of the investigative process. Users can also save the bookmarked frames as PDFs or copy them directly to the clipboard for further editing in image software. Furthermore, the video encoding functionality allows users to convert videos into formats compatible with various playback devices, offering options to adjust quality during conversion into lossless MP4, MKV, FLV, and SFX player (exe) file types. This versatility makes Forevid a comprehensive tool for maintaining the authenticity and usability of forensic video evidence.
Description
Our video repair tool is designed to fix and restore corrupted or broken video files such as MOV, MP4, 3GP, and M4V that may not play properly in your media player. We encourage you to explore our practical use cases to determine if your video file problems can be resolved by VRT. It effectively addresses issues with video files that are truncated, corrupted, or damaged, including those that fail to play on platforms like QuickTime or Windows Media Player. The software can also repair videos that were not properly finalized by the camera, ensuring that the repair process does not rely on a valid container format, as it reconstructs the raw video and audio stream data automatically. It is capable of utilizing non-corrupted reference movies to recover missing metadata and parameters essential for playback. Our application currently supports the automated repair of damaged .mov, .mp4, .m4v, and .3gp video files, which typically adhere to the QuickTime container format. Moreover, if your specific camera model is not yet supported, we are happy to expand our software capabilities to include new video and audio encodings as needed. Ultimately, our goal is to provide a comprehensive solution that caters to various video repair requirements.
