Description
6,000+ companies trust Files.com to automate and secure business critical transfers.
We obsess about security, compliance, reliability, and performance so your critical business processes just work every time. Easily manage any transfer flow without writing scripts or code, and onboard workloads and partners effortlessly.
We support standard file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2) for working with external partners and also provide native apps for high performance internal transfers.
As a fully Cloud-Native SaaS, there are no servers for you to buy or maintain, there is no installation required, and high availability and redundancy are built in and free.
Our InfoSec Program is audited annually by Kirkpatrick Price, a leading information security CPA firm. Our audit covers the scope of the entire Files.com business (not just datacenter operations) and names Files.com specifically. Beware of smaller competitors who try to pass off someone else’s audit as their own.
Technical capabilities include encryption at-rest and in-transit, four types of two-factor authentication, nine enterprise identity (SSO) integrations, configurable password and session policies, and a perfect “A+” score from Qualys SSL Labs.
Description
Tarkle Send is a white-label file sharing platform for businesses. Agencies, studios, consultants, photographers, freelancers, and law firms use it to deliver files to clients, teams, and partners from a domain they own, with their brand on every page.
The difference from general file sharing tools is structural. Dropbox, WeTransfer, and Google Drive put their name on the link. When a client clicks through, they see that platform's interface. For businesses that have spent time building a professional identity, this is a problem with no fix inside those tools. Tarkle Send is built specifically for this use case. The custom domain is included on every plan from $29 per month, not gated behind an enterprise tier.
Every plan includes unlimited transfers, file requests, password protection, expiring links, and the ability to set a price on any file so recipients pay before downloading. The Reseller plan lets agencies run a fully branded file sharing platform for their own clients, with their own pricing and Stripe billing, while Tarkle Send stays invisible.
Tarkle Send does not replace internal storage or compete with Dropbox on sync and collaboration. It handles one workflow: sharing files with people outside your organisation in an experience that reflects your brand.
