Technical capabilities include encryption at-rest and in-transit, four types of two-factor authentication, nine enterprise identity (SSO) integrations, configurable password and session policies, and a perfect “A+” score from Qualys SSL Labs.
Description
Regulated teams use SendSafely to send and receive confidential documents, records and credentials with outside parties. Files are encrypted before they leave the sender’s browser, and the decryption key is split so that no single party, SendSafely included, holds all of it.
The person on the other end needs nothing installed and no login. A one-time code sent by email or SMS confirms their identity.
Most customers run SendSafely from inside an existing app: a ticket in Zendesk or Freshdesk, a case in Salesforce, a conversation in Fin, an email in Outlook or Gmail. Inbound requests go through Dropzones, which turn any web form or portal into an encrypted upload point. For AI-driven support, SendSafely Halo protects sensitive data customers share with AI chatbots, and the MCP server gives AI agents access to encrypted delivery.
IT gets single sign-on, SCIM, detailed activity logs and branded portals. Independent SOC 2 Type II audit; aligned with HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR and CCPA.
