This system allows users to weigh and tally loads while recording essential vendor information. It provides a platform to compare live weights against hot weights and access receiving reports that detail shrinkage. Additionally, users can print carcass tags for inventory management, thus streamlining operations and eliminating the need for kill-floor paperwork by incorporating a digital BSE Checklist alongside tailored data collection methods. The system enables the documentation of retained and condemned carcasses as well. Customized slaughter orders can be generated, complete with specific cut instructions for processing client animals.
