Description
Libra is an all-encompassing solution aimed at optimizing asphalt plant operations by integrating production, loadout, and ticketing into a cohesive and automated workflow. It features adaptable plant controls that support both batch and drum mix automation, allowing for tailored adjustments to meet unique operational needs. The system comprises highly configurable modules that enhance plant throughput, which facilitates faster truck loading and dispatch. Additional features such as self-service kiosks, remote printers, camera identification technology, and silo loadout systems further promote automation, allowing drivers to remain in their vehicles while ensuring a smooth flow of trucks through the plant. Adopting Libra can result in notable enhancements, including a 35% reduction in time spent within the plant, an increase of over 25% in loadout efficiency, and a 30% decrease in the time required for drum plant calibration. Furthermore, it allows for the digitalization of all tickets for any incoming loads at the plant, as well as on job sites and within the office, streamlining the overall process even further.
