FFL Command Center is a desktop application designed specifically for firearms dealers in the United States, providing an electronic acquisition and disposition (A&D) bound book that complies with 27 CFR Part 478 regulations while facilitating digital workflows for Form 4473. The software features a buyer kiosk that accommodates both English and Spanish speakers, and it allows for the generation of bound-book dispositions linked to completed 4473 forms. For conducting background checks, it connects to the FBI NICS E-Check or relevant state portals, enabling dealers to submit checks and log their results along with the NTN. Additionally, it includes functionalities for split-payment point-of-sale (POS) transactions, layaway options, transfer fees, inventory management, barcode labeling, and a dealer website that showcases live inventory and accepts transfer requests. The application also supports the importation of records from systems like FFL Boss and facilitates the preparation of NFA eForms packets. Core features, including the bound-book, 4473, inventory management, and POS capabilities, are operational offline, storing data directly on the dealer's Windows 10 or 11 PC. Furthermore, there is a specialized Bound Book Edition available that provides essential records and 4473 tools without the complete retail suite, while the full software can be acquired on a monthly subscription basis or through a one-time, lifetime license purchase, ensuring flexibility for different business needs.
