NCSIMUL 4CAM is an integrated module within the NCSIMUL SOLUTIONS suite that enhances conventional CAM systems to streamline NC programming while providing greater adaptability for CNC machines. This powerful tool enables users to switch between machines instantly without the need for new CAM programming, making it easier to adapt to different manufacturing scenarios. It seamlessly integrates with major CAM software such as CATIA, NX, CREO, TOPSOLIDCAM, and MASTERCAM, as well as existing NC programs in ISO format, to produce native NC programs that are verified and optimized for the specific conditions of the workshop, including tools, cutting parameters, kinematics, and machine controllers. Additionally, NCSIMUL 4CAM automates the extraction of trajectories from APT and ISO files, allowing for a straightforward generation of NC programs. The system’s one-click machine change functionality facilitates rapid adjustments, generating new NC programs without introducing errors. Users can also enhance their machining processes by easily copying and pasting from existing NC programs, thereby eliminating the need for external post-processors due to the integrated NC processor.
