Description

CopyClip 2 serves as an incredibly fast clipboard manager tailored for your Mac. It operates quietly from your menu bar, maintaining a record of everything you've copied or cut previously, which simplifies the process of retrieving that specific piece of text you are searching for. The app is equipped with a robust search feature that makes it easy to locate clippings that include particular words or characters from your past actions. With just a click, you can select a search result and paste it wherever needed. Users have the option to pin important clippings so they always appear at the top of the list, delete unnecessary ones, or even make edits to the existing entries. Additionally, a simple press of the menu hotkey allows a list of recent clippings to pop up next to your mouse pointer for quick access. Notably, each time you engage with CopyClip 2, the Touch Bar on the latest MacBook Pro conveniently showcases your clipping history, further enhancing the ease of finding and pasting previously saved text snippets. This seamless integration and user-friendly experience make CopyClip 2 an essential tool for anyone who frequently handles multiple text entries.

Description

Qlipper serves as the standard clipboard manager for Lubuntu, automatically launching in the system tray where its icon resembles a clipboard. You can access your clipboard history by either left-clicking this icon or using the keyboard shortcut Control+Alt+V. To select an item from your history, simply click on it in the menu that appears. If you've copied sensitive information, such as a password, and need to clear your clipboard history, right-click on the tray icon and choose the option to clear the clipboard history. For those times when you prefer not to save or display your clipboard history temporarily, you can exit Qlipper by right-clicking the clipboard icon and selecting quit. To adjust the settings of Qlipper, right-click on the tray icon and choose configure, allowing you to set preferences such as losing stored history upon closure. Additionally, you have the option to select an item for a consistent clipboard experience, and you can synchronize the clipboard with the selection clipboard for better integration. This functionality makes Qlipper a versatile tool for managing clipboard data effectively.
