Description

CosmOS is an innovative operating system centered on artificial intelligence and serves as an intelligent orchestration platform that was initially created by Humane and is being further developed by HP IQ, the AI innovation division of HP dedicated to infusing contextual intelligence into various devices. In contrast to conventional operating systems that depend on users to manually manage app workflows, CosmOS is designed around a network of specialized AI agents, complemented by an “AI Bus” orchestration layer that facilitates the seamless flow of information between hardware, models, and services, enabling the system to predict user needs, carry out complex tasks, and provide contextual support without requiring users to open separate applications.
