CleanSlate is a versatile invoicing application designed specifically for turnover cleaners working with platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo, as well as for residential cleaning services and the clients they support. The app efficiently imports booking dates from various sources including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other iCal calendars, transforming checkouts into detailed invoice entries. Cleaners can establish their own property rates and add extra services, while also submitting invoices and monitoring their approval and payment status. Meanwhile, hosts have the option to review, approve, dispute, or pay invoices directly through the app, along with the ability to log payments made externally. CleanSlate enhances user experience by providing features such as PDF invoice generation, calendar and cleaning-status displays, property-specific inventory tracking, and seamless accounting exports compatible with QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, and Wave.
