At our main location, we successfully minimized staff turnover, optimized service plans, and decreased the number of full-time equivalents needed, resulting in happier, healthier residents and better-informed staff. Care providers can easily access a focused view of their scheduled tasks through an app available on various devices, including iPhones, iPads, Android phones, and iPod touches. The management dashboard clearly highlights tasks that have been completed, are overdue, or are at risk of being late. Additionally, our family portal grants authenticated relatives the ability to monitor their loved ones' service plans, along with upcoming and completed tasks, fostering better communication and understanding of care provided. This holistic approach not only enhances care delivery but also strengthens the support system for families involved.

FSI CMMS offers a highly adaptable user interface that allows for customization, enabling users to view either a straightforward list of their assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks immediately upon logging in or an informative dashboard that displays various metrics, including open preventive maintenance tasks on critical equipment, service requests submitted electronically by hospital personnel, and current month completion rates for preventive maintenance, among other details. Additionally, the EP dashboard facilitates quick access to real-time compliance metrics for standards EC.02.03.05 and EC.02.05.07, streamlining the monitoring process for Joint Commission requirements. The CMS Tech application is compatible with a range of devices, including iPads, iPhones, iPod touches, as well as Android smartphones and tablets, ensuring that users can access the system from virtually anywhere. With a user-friendly interface, individuals typically complete training in around two hours, making it easy for hospital staff to submit electronic work requests that generate automated email notifications upon completion. Furthermore, FSI CMMS provides support for managing contracts with external vendors and offers the capability to associate equipment model numbers with their respective manufacturers. This comprehensive approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also promotes better communication and service management within healthcare facilities.
