Description

Autometrix provides efficient and precise options for transforming your patterns into digital format with their CadShot software. Whether your patterns are made from cardboard, are hand-drawn, or are original pieces that haven’t been stitched, we have a digitizing solution tailored to your needs. The CadShot software offers three excellent choices: CadShot, CadShot Mobile, and CadShot Vision. Each option is designed to be fast, user-friendly, and reliable, making the digitization process as simple as snapping a photo. CadShot takes a digital image and converts it into a digitized pattern seamlessly. You can capture images using any TWAIN scanner or opt for the convenience of CadShot Mobile or CadShot Vision. With CadShot Mobile, you can effortlessly use your smartphone or tablet to photograph your pattern and generate a digital version within minutes. For those who possess numerous physical patterns needing digitization, this solution is ideal. Furthermore, if you work with larger patterns, the Vision Module can be easily attached to your table and calibrated for enhanced precision, allowing you to utilize your current work surface or even your automated cutting table effectively. Overall, Autometrix's CadShot solutions streamline the digitization process, making it accessible to all users.

Description

PatternMaker serves as the main application for designing patterns, allowing users to create and subsequently export them into digital files that can be shared online like any other file. This program comes in various versions to accommodate different user needs. MacroGen is the accompanying tool that facilitates the creation of these exported files, referred to as macros. These macros can be tailored with various measurements, enabling users to adjust the patterns for a perfect fit. Execution of these macros requires the PatternMaker software. (Many software applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, also support macros in a format suitable for sharing.) Therefore, to utilize a macro, one must have access to PatternMaker. Additionally, Collection Creator takes multiple macros and organizes them into a cohesive collection, which could consist of themed items like a selection of summer dresses. This functionality not only enhances the user experience but also allows for streamlined design processes across various projects.
