Description
Smartebuild stands out as the premier software for estimating construction costs and managing projects, catering to both residential and commercial builders, contractors, and tradespeople alike. In addition to partnering with contractors, we have created a solution that directly addresses the common challenges faced in our everyday work. Our Construction Management software has been developed through consultations with over 100 builders throughout Australia, in collaboration with various teams from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), enabling builders to oversee their projects more efficiently. You can estimate costs from anywhere, including your mobile device, allowing you to approach your job estimates with assurance. The platform supports the receipt of quotes or the use of Price Lists, all while being entirely web-based and cloud-hosted. Flexibility is key, as you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time without being tied to a contract. Users benefit from regular, complimentary updates and continuous improvements. Placing orders is straightforward, even via mobile, and you can easily prepare and send Variations. Additionally, the software facilitates expense management and tracking, ensuring you never miss an important call with the Call Forward Sheet feature. You’ll also have the capability to schedule jobs effectively for site supervision, making it an indispensable tool for any builder. Ultimately, Smartebuild is designed to simplify and enhance the management of your construction projects.
