Upon onboarding, patients receive an email containing a link to the Bridgera myHealth app along with their login details. This mobile application is compatible with both Android and iOS devices, enabling patients to schedule appointments and communicate with healthcare professionals through video calls or text messages. Additionally, the app is capable of integrating with Bluetooth and BLE-enabled health monitoring devices to retrieve health data. Bridgera myHealth facilitates telehealth sessions by securely connecting patients and providers through a 256-bit encrypted video calling platform, ensuring privacy and security. All video calls are recorded and stored for up to 90 days for future reference. Patients have the option to send secure messages around the clock, allowing them to swiftly reach out to healthcare professionals whenever needed.
