The PatientCare™ software enables users to establish follow-up procedure templates for each condition included in the test panel. Each template is composed of distinct tasks that, if executed correctly, will facilitate a diagnosis or the resolution of a case. These workflows progress in a linear fashion. Patient cases can be located using search folders and are managed through various functions such as overseeing open and closed action items, accessing information related to tests and specimen results, tracking notes, assigning them to specific cases, and auditing actions associated with the cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
