If you've been on the lookout for a comprehensive, robust, and budget-friendly Fixed Assets System that is user-friendly, then this is the ideal solution for you! It has been entirely revamped for Microsoft ® Windows, 32-bit, and comes in both single-user and multi-user network versions (compatible with Microsoft ®). The software offers various depreciation schedules that can be set by month, quarter, or year, including book, federal, state, AMT, ACE, and others. It also provides tax forms and worksheets such as 3468, 4562, 4255, 4747, personal property tax, ACE adjustment, and tax preference. Users can manage an unlimited number of separate companies, each capable of handling up to 17,000 assets. Additionally, assets can be categorized into as many as 999 different categories and 999 locations. The system includes a conversion routine to migrate data from Best Programs ® PC-FAS, FAS1000, FAS2000, and FAS for Windows, as well as support for the AICPA ® Depreciation System and BNA ®. Furthermore, it generates a variety of reports, including asset details, journal entries, projections, historical depreciation, and records of asset additions, sales, abandonment, trades, transfers, and dispositions with details on gains or losses (both full and partial). For added flexibility, users have the option to create custom reports using the included report generator. This versatility makes it an invaluable tool for effective asset management.
