Description

The BSCAN Standard serves as an independent capture solution or as part of a multi-tiered capture system. It comes in four different capacities: Personal, Low, Medium, and High Volume. One of the standout features of BSCAN is its robust customization options, enabling users to create intricate WorkFlows that include tailored screens, commands, key entry interfaces, and mouse-driven image processing capabilities. Its intuitive controls provide a variety of pre-defined screen layouts that ensure optimal image clarity for quality control, or users can opt to design their own custom layouts that focus solely on the functions they require for maximum efficiency. Setting up either a straightforward single scan and release station or an elaborate WorkFlow system with numerous stations is made easy with BSCAN's Wizard. Users can choose from a collection of sample capture WorkFlow templates or create their own, and the Wizard guides them through each step of the configuration process seamlessly. This level of flexibility and user support makes BSCAN an invaluable tool for any scanning operation, regardless of complexity.

Description

In contemporary settings, XML stands as a prevalent standard for multimedia and cross-platform technical document publishing. A multitude of editing applications, management systems, and publication tools, along with various industry standards, rely heavily on XML. Despite its widespread adoption, XML has struggled to gain traction in certain domains due to its distinct separation between document structure and layout. Editors often lean towards using word processors like Microsoft Word, where text and formatting are developed concurrently, allowing for immediate visual feedback. Conversely, XML demands a more abstract mindset, as the content is interspersed with structural tags, with the layout being established only in later production phases. In contrast, SimQin enhances the user experience by presenting documents in layout mode from the beginning while also revealing the underlying XML structure and organization. This dual visibility can streamline the editing process and potentially increase XML's appeal among users accustomed to traditional word processing tools.
