This innovative option remains valid for the duration of your lease. Furthermore, if you decide to relocate within the same community or to another property managed by the same company, you won't incur an additional fee. Instead of a traditional security deposit, landlords can provide tenants with the choice of making a one-time, non-refundable payment to join the surety bond program. As long as you fulfill your financial and contractual responsibilities at the conclusion of your lease, such as paying rent and keeping the property in good condition, you won't have any further obligations to FlexDeposit. If you fail to meet these lease requirements, you will be required to reimburse FlexDeposit for any losses incurred, up to the limit specified by the bond amount. This provides a flexible and economical approach to managing your rental responsibilities.
