Description
Aidi is a cloud based capital project and portfolio management platform for construction project owners in the public and private sectors. It consolidates the full project lifecycle in a single system: budgets and financing, contracts, scheduling with Gantt and critical path, change orders, risk, cash flow, resource planning, field logbooks, and reporting. Aidi is built to connect to existing systems. A web API supports integration with ERP and accounting platforms, and a native Microsoft Power BI integration exposes project and portfolio data for custom dashboards, analytics, and forecasting. The SmartDoc module applies artificial intelligence to invoices and payment requests, extracting structured data automatically. Security is handled at the platform level, with SOC 2 Type II certification and access controls suited to public sector programs. Deployment is SaaS, with structured implementation, training, and ongoing support rather than self serve onboarding.
