Description
The industrial application of Metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) presents a fresh set of challenges for numerous enterprises. In the initial stages of integrating AM technology, many companies invest weeks in trial and error to refine their build configurations, leading to inefficiencies and unnecessary expenditures. To mitigate these issues, the software AdditiveLab employs advanced simulation technology that forecasts the results of metal-deposition AM processes, thereby minimizing the need for extensive testing. This innovative tool allows for the rapid identification of areas prone to failure, enabling the optimization of manufacturing setups to boost success rates and ultimately conserve both time and financial resources. Designed with the specific engineering requirements of AM professionals in mind, AdditiveLab eliminates the necessity for in-depth simulation expertise. Its intuitive user interface and automated model preparation streamline the simulation process, allowing users to achieve results with just a few clicks. Furthermore, the integration of AdditiveLab into the AM workflow can significantly enhance overall productivity and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
Description
The VeriStand application software facilitates the configuration of I/O channels, data logging, stimulus generation, and host communication for National Instruments' real-time hardware. Additionally, users can import simulation models and control algorithms, manage events through configurable alarms, and enhance test automation via macro recording, TestStand, .NET, and numerous other software tools. A runtime-editable user interface allows for the interaction with and monitoring of application data, alarm statuses, and system execution metrics. While programming knowledge is not a requirement, users have the option to utilize various software environments, including LabVIEW, ANSI C/C++, Python, and ASAM XIL, to introduce custom functionalities into VeriStand. This software is designed to aid test engineers in minimizing the time required for product testing by offering a comprehensive suite of features such as configurable data acquisition, integration of simulation models, test sequencing, and logging. Explore the possibilities with VeriStand to create, implement, and execute your real-time testing processes effectively and efficiently. You’ll find that the versatility of VeriStand can significantly optimize your testing workflow.
