Eyelit Technologies builds an AI-powered suite of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software for regulated discrete manufacturers, including semiconductor, electronics, automotive, industrial, medical device, and aerospace & defense companies managing complex, multi-factory production.
The suite is made up of four integrated solutions. Eyelit SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) aligns demand with supply through AI-powered forecasting and scenario modeling, supporting both S&OP and S&OE so strategic plans carry through into daily operations, with Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) to reduce inventory costs across sites.
Eyelit APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) uses AI and optimization algorithms to generate efficient, real-time production schedules. It integrates with existing ERP and MES systems, handles complex constraints and dynamic resource allocation, and lets teams run scenario analysis to respond quickly when demand or supply shifts.
Eyelit MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is a cloud and AI-native platform for shop-floor execution, delivering predictive insights into production performance along with composable, no-code workflows and a human-centric interface designed to reduce errors and shorten learning curves.
Agent EyeQ extends the suite into a full-scale MOM/MES agentic architecture, with electronic employees carrying out planning, scheduling, execution, prediction, analytics, and decision support, connected to the plant floor through its Factory Connect/Equipment Connect IT/OT middleware.
