Bondr is bail-bond management software for agencies that write in more than one county. It reads 91 county sheriff rosters across 17 states - 32 in Florida, 15 in Alabama, 10 in Texas, 8 in Georgia, 5 in North Carolina, and the rest named one by one - and pulls charges and the bond amount straight into a new file.
It is not a national feed, and we don't call it one. Bond amounts are published by individual counties and by no aggregator, so reaching a county means reading that county's own roster. Every county Bondr covers is listed by name on its coverage page, including the large Florida metros that sit behind a bot challenge and get a one-click portal link plus manual entry instead.
The whole book lives in one place: defendants, bonds, court dates, indemnitors, collateral, co-signers and the premium ledger. Radar ranks your active bonds by what they could cost you - exposure, unpaid premium, silence before a court date - using plain arithmetic printed next to every name, so you can check its math and overrule it.
Take a picture of a booking sheet, court notice or an indemnitor's license and Bondr reads the page and pre-fills the file. You confirm every field; nothing saves on its own.
Premiums are collected through your own Stripe account, so funds settle to you and Bondr is never in the money path.
Bondr runs in any browser and on iPhone and iPad. Pricing is flat per writer: $129/month for the first, $59/month for each additional up to five, AI document capture included on every plan. No per-text, per-defendant or per-payment fees, and no annual contract. 14-day trial, card required.
What it does not do: e-signature, GPS check-ins, and arrest alerting for finding new business. If one of those is your deciding factor, another vendor fits you better.
