Siesta AI is an AI platform for context-heavy business processes. It brings the models, company data and context, AI agents, workflows, business apps, API, governance, and security into one platform.
Teams can use AI Chat with company data, search files, wikis, tickets, messages, and meetings with source references, and execute approved actions in connected systems. AI agents use shared memory, skills, sub-agents, isolated sandboxes, and human approval for sensitive actions. A visual workflow editor connects agents, data, and business tools with triggers, conditions, branching, webhooks, and full run history.
Siesta AI works with large datasets using ingestion pipelines, image and table extraction, vector and graph databases, semantic search, and company memory. It supports OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source or private models, with model selection by task, bring-your-own-key support, cost tracking, and usage limits.
More than 40 knowledge bases and 100 tools are supported, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, Notion, Jira, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Gmail, and Outlook. Teams can also connect their own systems through MCP and use Siesta AI through web, desktop, mobile, browser extensions, Slack, Teams, ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.
For governance and security, Siesta AI provides SSO, MFA, granular roles, permission-aware access, audit logs, EU data residency, encryption, zero-retention options, and private deployment in a customer cloud, VPC, or on-premises environment. Customer content is not used to train models. Unlimited-user plans support company-wide access without per-seat pricing.
